Unless expressly stated among the services included in the fee, insurance is not included in the cost of the experience.
As far as cancellations are concerned, you should know that Sailsquare's Standard Refund Policy allows you to cancel your booking at any time if the experience is NOT confirmed; if the experience is Confirmed, you can cancel and request a refund up to 30 days before departure.
What's more, thanks to the Extended Refund Policy, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours of departure and receive a refund of the amount you paid, with no deductible and no upper limit, even if your holiday is already confirmed, in the event of illness (including Covid-19 positive), work-related reasons, domestic emergency, previous medical conditions and more. When purchasing your holiday, you can choose to extend the reimbursement conditions at an extra charge, where available.
