It is very rare that this happens, because our Customer Support Team keeps a constant check on the status of all departures. We make every effort to ensure that the minimum number required by the provider for confirmation is reached for each departure.
However, if the departure date you have booked does not reach the minimum number required by the organiser in time, here's what could happen:
- The organiser might choose to confirm the departure anyway: YAY! 🎉 In this case an automatic email will confirm your departure.
- Our Customer Support will contact you to propose some alternative departures, among those available on Sailsquare, to which you can transfer your booking.
If neither of these two situations apply to you, we will refund your fare and look forward to having you on board with us in the future.
