Payment is concurrent with booking.

You can make the payment starting from the experience page of your choice.

Click on “Dates and Prices”, choose the departure date you want to book and then on “Book Now”.

Follow the procedure by completing your personal information and that of the people you wish to book for, and continue by choosing the Payment Scheme and Payment Method you prefer.

PAYMENT SCHEME:

• Pay thefull amount of your booking now
• If you are more than 45 days away from departure, make a small down payment to lock in your spot and pay within 30 days of departure. The two-tranche payment solution has an additional non-refundable practice management fee of €25.00 included in the down payment amount.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Pay the deposit or the full amount of your booking online now via credit card, prepaid card or electronic payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, to secure your vacation spots.
• Pay by INSTANT transfer : you will receive instructions via email to complete your payment immediately. Please note, spots will only be blocked once we receive the amount; if we do not receive the amount on time, your booking will be cancelled.

Sailsquare collects the fees on behalf of the Provider organizing the experience and therefore the payment may be considered as a payment paid directly to him/her. For your security and to ensure compliance with Sailsquare's policies on cancellations and refunds, the fee you paid at the time of booking is retained and sent to the Provider two business days after the departure of the experience.

All transactions take place via secure connections directly through various services such as Stripe, which guarantee the security of the transaction. It is possible to pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. Under no circumstances is sensitive data related to a transaction (i.e., your credit card information) disclosed to Sailsquare or transited through the systems managed by Sailsquare.

We remind you that it is extremely important to use the payment system described here because it is the only way that allows the Sailsquare platform to protect its users, in accordance with what is described in the General Terms and Conditions. If you propose or choose to use alternative means, not only does your payment not enjoy the protections offered by Sailsquare, but you are also violating Sailsquare's General Terms and Conditions and may face penalties.
