The payment is simultaneous with the booking. You can make the payment from the experience page of your choice. Click on "Dates and Prices", choose the departure date you want to book by clicking on "Details" and then on "Book Now". Follow the procedure by filling in your personal details and those of the people you wish to book for and continue by choosing your preferred Payment Scheme and Payment Method.

PAYMENT SCHEME:

• Pay the full amount of your booking now;
• If there are more than 45 days until departure, pay a deposit to secure your place and settle within 30 days of departure. The two-part payment solution has an additional, non-refundable handling fee of €25.00, included in the deposit amount.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Pay the deposit or the full amount of your booking online now by credit card or prepaid card to secure your spots onboard.
• If there are at least 5 days away from departure, you can pay by bank transfer: customer care will contact you with all the necessary information to proceed.

Sailsquare collects the fees in the name and on behalf of the Provider organising the experience and therefore the payment can be considered as a payment made directly to him/her. For your security and to ensure compliance with Sailsquare's policies on cancellations and refunds, the fee paid by you at the time of booking is retained and sent to the Provider two working days after the departure of the experience.

All transactions take place via secure connections directly through the service offered by Stripe, which guarantees the security of the transaction. It is possible to pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. Under no circumstances will sensitive data related to a transaction (i.e. your credit card details) be disclosed to Sailsquare or pass through the systems managed by Sailsquare.

Please note that it is extremely important to use the payment system described here because it is the only way for the Sailsquare platform to protect its users, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. If you offer or choose to use alternative means, not only will your payment not enjoy the protections offered by Sailsquare, but you are also in breach of Sailsquare's General Terms and Conditions and may incur penalties.
