Of course! Sailsquare allows you to always contact the provider organising the experience you are interested in! 😊
You can send them a message via the platform's messaging system. Within each experience tab and on the summary tab of each scheduled departure date you will find a red button saying "Contact the skipper" or "Contact the organiser" depending on the type of provider. Click on this button, write your message and send it to them. It's very simple!
Please note that to contact a provider you need to have a profile on Sailsquare. In case you don't have one yet, you can register here in just a few steps.
Attention: For security and privacy reasons, please note that you cannot exchange your contacts (e.g. personal websites, phone numbers, email addresses, social network contacts, etc.) with users of the platform before a booking: you will receive the user's contact details after the booking has been made. Any attempt to send personal contacts will be considered an attempt to defraud the platform, and this action is punishable as specified in the Terms of Use of the site.
After booking you will receive all the organiser's contact information in the booking confirmation email. You will also be able to exchange further contact information via the message area or by leaving a message for all travellers participating in the experience on the experience board.
