How are the experiences sorted on the platform?

When you first view a search page, the results are sorted according to the 'Recommended' criterion.

This criterion sorts the results according to an algorithm that takes several factors into account, the main ones being:

  • Reliability of the Provider: this is a measure based on both the reviews received and the Provider's handling of booking requests;
  • Popularity of the Experience: this is a measure of how popular an Experience is with Travellers, both in terms of visits to the Experience page and bookings received for associated Departures.

It is then possible to select other result sorting criteria from those available, such as:

  • Price (High to Low): experiences with the highest price appear first;
  • Price (Low to High): experiences with the lowest price appear first;
  • Discount (High to Low): experiences with the highest percentage discount appear first.
