My reservation was rejected, what happens now?

Don't worry, our Customer Care team is certainly already at work and will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution together with you.

Together with a Customer Care professional, you can:

  • Choose another from all the Experiences currently available on the platform, even changing destination and/or departure date if you wish. The fee you have paid will be used for the new reservation: if the fee for the second reservation is lower, you will be reimbursed the difference immediately, otherwise you will be asked to pay a supplement to confirm the new reservation;
  • Receive a full refund of the fee paid if none of the available experiences are right for you.
