The Provider organising the departure can confirm the experience you are participating in at any time, even if the minimum number has not yet been reached. If this is the case, you will receive an email notification at the address with which you made your booking.
What changes for you?
If a Provider manually confirms a Departure, it means that he/she is committed to it regardless of the minimum number entered when booking.
The departure will then achieve the status "Confirmed" and you will have to take this into account if you want to cancel your booking! Please read the Traveller Policy to find out the Refund Conditions.
Please note: if your departure has been confirmed by the organiser, you still have the right to cancel your booking within 48 hours of receiving the notification email, and to request a full refund of the amount paid, even if the departure date is less than 30 days away.
