Why can't I send my contact details in messages?

For security and privacy reasons, Sailsquare only allows the exchange of contact information between users after they have booked an experience. Once the booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation of the booking with the contact details of the provider organising the experience.

We also encourage you to keep all communication on the platform prior to booking and consequently book through the platform for security reasons.

 

In some situations we may decide to block the sending of a message, requesting the removal of particular content within it, for example when we detect words or numbers that include contact details, references to other sites, external links or other elements that violate our content policies.
