We are very sorry that you wish to deactivate your Sailsquare account. If you wish to do so, please contact our Customer Care team by sending an email to support@sailsquare.com.

To help us improve your experience on the platform, if you feel like it, please also tell us why you wish to deactivate your account.


If, on the other hand, you simply wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, simply change the settings for commercial communications from your profile. 

  • Go to 'Your Account' section
  • Scroll down to the 'Update your email' section
  • Uncheck "I wish to receive commercial communications, promotions and discounts" and save.
