How do I book a departure on Sailsquare?

Booking an experience on Sailsquare is very quick and easy. Booking is done directly online.

First of all register on Sailsquare by clicking here, completing all the required data for your profile. This is necessary information and part of it will be communicated to the Provider who organises the experience you want to book. Once you are logged in with your profile, you can continue by choosing the Experience you are interested in: you can search it yourself, using the filters, or ask our Customer Care for advice.


Once you have found the Experience you wish to book, click on the red "DATES & PRICES" button. This will allow you to see all the available dates, prices and whether the minimum number for the departure date has been reached, and is therefore confirmed, or if it has not yet been reached.

Click on "Book now": you can book individual places for you and friends/relatives, or if available the whole boat.

Fill in your personal details; part of this information will be sent to the Provider organising the experience and will be useful to provide you with more information before departure. If you are booking for other people, you will need to enter their first name, last name, date of birth and email address (not compulsory) for each of them.

Please note: you do not have to enter yourself as a participant because the booking is made for you by default. Now, to continue with the payment, click on the 'Next step' button on the right-hand side, below the summary, if you are on a computer.

After indicating the number of shares you wish to book and, if necessary, the details of the other persons you are booking for, you can choose the payment scheme and payment method you want.



  • Pay the full amount of your booking now
  • If you are more than 45 days away from departure, make a deposit to secure your place and pay within 30 days of departure. The payment solution in two instalments has an additional handling fee of €25.00, non-refundable, included in the deposit amount.


  • Pay the deposit or the entire booking amount online immediately by credit card or prepaid card to secure your holiday places.
  • If you are at least 5 days away from departure, you can pay by bank transfer: customer care will contact you with all the necessary information to proceed.

Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming your booking. If you have already paid in full, you will also receive an email with the telephone contact details of the experience provider.


Please note: the Provider has 24 hours to cancel your booking if necessary; once this time has elapsed, your booking can be considered confirmed for all purposes. Before proceeding with your booking, therefore, we recommend that you send a message to the provider by clicking on the appropriate button to introduce yourself and receive more information about the experience you wish to book.
