Booking an experience on Sailsquare is very quick and easy. The booking is made directly online.
First of all, register on Sailsquare, filling in all the details required for your profile. Some of this information is necessary and will be communicated to the Provider who organizes the experience you want to book. Once you have logged in with your profile, you can continue by choosing the Experience you are interested in: you can search independently, using the filters, or ask our Customer Care team for advice.
Once you have identified the Experience you want to book, click on the red button “DATES & PRICES”: this will show you all the available dates, the prices and whether the minimum number for the departure date has been reached, and therefore it is confirmed, or if it has not yet been reached.
Click on “Book now”, tell us how many people will be on board and choose the type of boarding:
- SHARED BOARDING: book one or more available spots on board, sharing the trip with other Travelers who have already signed up or may join in the future;
- PRIVATE CRUISE: book the entire boat for you and any fellow travelers.
Complete with your personal details; part of this information will be sent to the Provider who organizes the experience and will be useful to provide you with more information before departure. If you are booking for other people, you will need to indicate their first name, last name and date of birth for each of them. An email address is not mandatory.
After completing the steps relating to the crew and the refund conditions (if applicable to your booking), we will ask you to choose the PAYMENT SCHEME and THE PAYMENT METHOD.
PAYMENT SCHEME:
- Pay the full amount of your booking now
- If there are more than 45 days until departure, pay a deposit to secure your spot and pay the balance within 30 days of departure. The solution of paying in two installments has an additional practical management cost of €25.00, which is non-refundable and included in the deposit amount.
PAYMENT METHOD:
- Pay the deposit or the full amount of your booking online now by credit card or prepaid card, to secure your vacation spots.
- Pay via INSTANT bank transfer: you will receive instructions via email on how to complete your payment. Please note that spots will only be reserved once the payment has been received; if we do not receive the payment within the expected time, the booking will be canceled.
Please note: the Provider has 24 hours to cancel your booking from the moment the first payment is registered; you will receive a notification as soon as your booking is confirmed. Before proceeding with the booking, we therefore recommend that you send a message to the provider, by clicking on the appropriate button to introduce yourself and receive more information about the experience you wish to book.
