How do I propose a customised offer?

You can send a custom offer to a traveller directly from the message area.

When you access the conversation with a traveller, you will find the price information for the departure for which you have received a message and a box allowing you to send a custom offer.



  1. the number of seats for which you wish to make the custom offer
  2. the new price you wish to reserve for the traveller.

Note: the price you enter must be the final price the traveller will pay. This price must therefore include the service charge applied to you as the Provider and the service charge applied to the Traveller.
