Can I reject a user's reservation?

You can cancel a Traveller's reservation by logging into the Provider Area and then searching for his or her reservation in the "Reservations" section.

Remember that you have 24 hours from the moment of the booking not to accept it; in this case you will find a link in the booking summary form to reject the Traveller's booking, indicating to the Sailsquare team the main reason and writing a message to the Traveller explaining why you cannot accept his/her booking. Once 24 hours have elapsed, the booking is considered confirmed.


By listing an Experience on Sailsquare you commit yourself to avoid by all means at your disposal the cancellation of a booking or a Departure. It may happen that a Traveller books without having written to you before paying: for this reason it is essential that you always keep the availability of places on board of all your Departures updated. 

We know that a snag can happen to anyone, but the entire Sailsquare team works hard to bring you the maximum number of bookings and therefore repeated cancellations over time could lead to temporary and/or permanent suspension of your Sailsquare account.
