I can no longer take part in the experince due to a personal problem or health reasons, what can I do?

We are very sorry that you can no longer take part in the departure you have booked! 

Within the experience card you have booked you can view the Cancellation Policies that apply to the departure you have chosen.

The Sailsquare Standard Policy states that

  • if the departure you have chosen is not yet confirmed, or if it is confirmed and there are more than 30 days to go, you can change your booking with the help of Customer Care, or cancel the booking and receive a refund of the amount paid (net of any additional services you have selected during the purchase process).
  • if the departure you have chosen is confirmed and there are less than 30 days before departure, you cannot cancel your reservation and receive a refund. 

If at the time of booking you chose to add the Extension of Refund Conditions service, we suggest you retrieve the confirmation email of your booking. Inside this you will find:

  • the Terms and Conditions of the service, to verify that your case falls within those covered by the Extended Refund Conditions;
  • the form and the reference code for requesting reimbursement.
