I am at the embarkation point, but I cannot find the skipper: what do I do?

Rule number 1: don't panic! 😉

In your booking confirmation email we sent you the direct contact details of the Provider organising your chosen Experience. Better to attempt a phone call now instead of numerous Whatsapp messages. 

Also, especially in the high season (June to September), it is very likely that the day of your departure will coincide with the end of the holiday for the previous group: your skipper may be busy cleaning and preparing the boat for your holiday and not have his mobile phone handy.

 

Here are some useful tips:

  • If you know the name of the boat, try asking the harbour staff: they will be able to tell you the quay where the boat is moored;
  • If you don't know the name of the boat, try asking the harbour staff or other skippers moored directly;
  • Usually all skippers create a whatsapp group before departure, to put all participants in communication: have you already tried to contact one of your next travel companions?
