We ask all travellers to describe real experiences during their holiday, to enable future users to make more informed choices. For reviews to be constructive and helpful it is also important that they are respectful, not offensive or vulgar.
In order to ensure further authenticity of the reviews, Sailsquare does not moderate and publish individual reviews.
However, in exceptional cases, the Sailsquare team reserves the right to intervene in the moderation of individual cases. If you believe that what is written in a review you have received is defamatory, offensive or patently based on untrue facts, please let us know by contacting our Customer Care team in the Help Centre. The Sailsquare team will look into your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
