Sailsquare encourages its users to leave a review about their on-board experience to develop trust within its community. All reviews on Sailsquare are VERIFIED: that is, they are only written by travellers who actually took part in the experience being reviewed.

Our community relies on honest and transparent reviews: for this reason, Sailsquare does not offer any incentives, of any kind, to its users to leave a review. Also for the sake of transparency, Sailsquare offers the Provider the possibility to reply to the review received.

Reviews can be written within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the experience to which they refer, are immediately visible on the site from the moment they are saved, with no time limit and are presented in descending temporal order with respect to the departure date of the booked experience.

NB: Sailsquare, however, reserves the right not to publish or delete any review or response if it believes that its content violates the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site, Sailsquare's policies on review content.
