When posting a review, you agree to abide by certain guidelines.

Sailsquare reserves the right to remove any content, in whole or in part, that violates these guidelines and/or the Sailsquare General Terms and Conditions, or for any other reason, at its sole discretion.

The following content is always prohibited on Sailsquare

• content of a defamatory, obscene, offensive or violent nature or which incites violence, or of a political, racist or xenophobic nature;
• content designed to advertise and/or promote other commercial activities or services of one's own or of third parties;
• content that is illegal or infringes the rights of Sailsquare or any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights;
• content that allows other users to contact you outside the platform (e.g. skipper's surname or boat name).
  
  

As far as reviews in general are concerned, they are always prohibited:

• Reviews that do not represent the personal experience of the author;
• Reviews motivated by promises of payment, additional services or discounted rates;
• Reviews motivated by a threat of extortion (e.g. the threat of a negative review in an attempt to force a Provider to give a refund).
