Why has my payment been declined?

Your payment may not have been successful due to several factors: here are some of the most common factors.

First of all, please check the following information:
- Credit or prepaid card number;
- Expiration date (Be careful: some cards expiring in the current month may not be accepted);
- Security code.

If all of this information has been entered correctly, you payment may be blocked by your card manager or your bank for the following
- Insufficient funds on the card and/or monthly card ceiling exceeded;
- Daily limit exceeded;
- Expired card.
In this case, please contact the manager of your card or your bank in order to get more information on why your payment has not been successful.
