You don't have to do anything. If your reservation has been refused by the skipper who organizes the holiday, or you decided to delete your reservation before the holiday is confirmed, or the holiday has been cancelled by the skipper, sailsquare will make the reimbursement of the total amount you paid within 48 working hours.
