Why has my reservation been refused?

The skipper who receives the reservation, has 24 hours to cancel it; after this time your reservation is fully confirmed. 

If the skipper decides to cancel the reservation, for whatever reason, he must give a reason for the cancellation. This reason is sent to the user via email together with the email that notifies the cancellation.
