The skipper/tour leader told me that he will not drive the experience, what should I do?

We all know the importance of the role played by the Crew Leader/Tour Leader of the experience you have chosen: he/she is fundamental to plan your trip. For this reason all of them are asked to be actually present during the experience.

Unfortunately, it could happen that one of them is unable to be there for the experience, due to some unexpected events.


If the Crew Leader/Tour Leader let you know that he/she unable to be there after your booking, please contact promptly our Customer Support: we will be happy to find a solution together and allow you to live an exciting experience. We are also confident that all Crew Leader/Tour Leader will be the first to do their best to find a solution.
