When is my participation fee paid to the organiser of the holiday?

The price you paid will be sent deposited to the Crew Leader/Tour Leader of the experience two working days after departure: Sailsquare allows you to check at the time of departure that the Crew Leader/Tour Leader is the person who will accompany the group of participants, unless otherwise indicated, and that the boat is the one described in the experience page at the time of booking.

You have 12 hours from the starting holiday time and date to report any problems or the mismatches with what was described in the experience page at the time of booking. Once this time has elapsed without any notification to Customer Support or deciding to take part in the experience, this change will be considered accepted as purchased and it will no longer be possible to ask a refund. However, we remind you that you can contact our Customer Support for any assistance.
