The skipper dropped out before at the embarkation, how should I behave?

Skippers dropping out at the embarkation point is an exception and, if it occurs, is normally due to failures to the boat that can not be fixed in a short time or the skipper's injuries.

Do not worry and contact our Customer Support immediately: we will do our best to help you finding an alternative experience among those available online and promptly check if there's is any available spots with skippers close to you in that moment.

In the event that there no different experience is available, we will proceed to the full refund of the amount you paid.

We remind you that this kind of situation is as similar as an experience canceled by the Crew Leader and Sailsquare is not responsible for the unavailability of the skipper and/or the boat and not respond to requests for reimbursement of third party participants who have not booked through the platform, as you can read in the Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
