I can no longer take part in the holiday booked for a personal or health problem, what can I do?

We are very sorry that you can no longer join the experience you have booked.
However, as you can read in the art. 6 of the General Terms and Conditions, as long as the holiday you have chosen is still "to be confirmed" do not worry: you can choose not to participate in it anymore, canceling your booking directly from the crew page.

To do it:
1. Click on "Your next holidays" from your personal menu;
2. Click on the button "Participants page" located on the page of that experience;
3. Scroll down the page and click on the red "Leave this holiday" button at the bottom.

You will be contacted as soon as possible by an agent of our Customer Support for assistance: you can either choose another experience or request a full refund of the amount paid. We also suggest you to inform your Crew Leader/Tour Leader.

On the other hand, if the experience is already "confirmed", in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, you can not cancel your participation from the experience and you are not entitled for a refund (full or partial) of the amount paid.
