Can the Crew Leader/Tour Leader change the details of the experience after I have booked it?  

Generally the Crew Leader/Tour Leader can not change the details of the experience you have booked, for example the minimum number to confirm departure, place and time of boarding and disembarkation.
However, if you agree to a modification of this type, the Crew Leader / Tour Leader must promptly notify the Customer Support of Sailsquare, which after a check of what is proposed with the members already on board, will make the required change on the experience page in question.

In any case, any modification requested and granted, upon notice to the guests, can not be attributed in any way to Sailsquare or to the Customer Support operator who performed it. Sailsquare can not be imputed to any agreement taken privately and not maintained by either party afterwards about the details of the experience.
