My reservation has been refused, what does it happen now?

We are very sorry that your booking has been refused, but do not worry: our Customer Support will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution together.

At this point, together with a Customer Support operator, you can:

1) Choose another of all the experiences currently available on the platform, even changing destination or period if you wish. The fee you have already paid will be withheld, and if the fee for the second experience will be lower you will be immediately sent the difference, otherwise you will be asked to pay an addition to confirm the new booking;

2) Receive the full refund of the fee paid if none of the available experiences is right for you.
