What does it happen if the holiday that I have booked does not reach the minimum number minimum or doesn't get confirmed?

If the holiday is not confirmed at the day of the departure the trip will be cancelled.

If you have booked one or several spots you will be totally refunded of the amount you paid when you booked the holiday (including platform service fees). The refund is not automatic, so get in touch with us or we will get in touch with you to choose another holiday or proceed with the refund.
