The Crew Leader / Tour Leader organizer of the experience can confirm the experience you booked at any time, even if the minimum number has not been reached yet. When this happens, you will immediately receive an email notification.
What will change for you? The confirmation of the holiday implies that the organizer undertakes to carry it out in any case, and on your part the impossibility of obtaining a refund of the fee in case you decide not to take part in the holiday.
*** Covid19 - Policy Update ***
If you have booked an Experience between 7 April and 30 June 2020, with departure by 15 September 2020, you can request cancellation of your booking within 30 days of departure and you will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid even if the Experience is Confirmed. The refund will be taken care of within 2 working days and will be made on the payment method chosen during the booking process.
Attention: if the experience is confirmed by the organizer you are still entitled to cancel your reservation within 48 hours and request full refund of the amount paid.
